My husband and I stay here every time we visit Kansas City. Beautiful facility, pet friendly, attentive staff, super breakfast. Great location (Target, convenience store, Hobby Lobby, grocery store, and bar-and-grill within 5 minutes of the hotel).

Girl with nose ring at front was super rude! Unhelpful and short when needing help. The king suite has a king bed and a rollout couch that is a twin. Says it sleeps 4 adults. No way… what a joke and misleading. Blankets cheap and rollout couch is super uncomfortable!! Place is dirty and worse hotel i have ever stayed. They load up false reviews and thats how they stay in business

I wish I could give 5 stars, but the staff member that checked me in was rude. Everyone else was nice.

The hotel room wasn’t very clean. Staff very pleasant. Location of hotel very convenient for our travels.
