Good location, beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast is good but dinner mediocre. Had reservation for 3 nights but had to cancel the last one due to flight changes. Hotel staff (that only spoke Portuguese) claimed that that had to be approved by Expedia. Contacted Expedia who said that they had to ask the hotel (Catch 22?). After several conversations with both of them I managed to get a small discount that was far inferior to the cost of one night. Will not use Expedia again.

Pousada que poderia ter mais charme

A pousada estava praticamente vazia e foi com muita pena que verifiquei que não houve uma gentileza de fazer um upgrade para quartos mais espaçosos.
O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais rico.
De todo o modo, nota positiva!

The staff were all brilliant – v. helpful, polite and made us feel welcomed and looked after. The room was comfortable BUT not worth the price we paid, not by any account. In our "executive" double there was not even a complimentary bottle of water – a standard feature in most rooms nowadays. There is also no ventilation in any of the bathrooms which means things stay damp for hours after a shower. Bed was also v. uncomfortable. All in all, an OK experience but not worth the price.

Muito bonita e muito bem localizada. Pousada confortável e charmosa. Atendimento de extrema qualidade.
De negativo apenas o sino da igreja que toca durante literalmente TODA a madrugada e a estrutura de TV. A tela é incrivelmente pequena e um hotel deste preço não ter assinatura de canais básicos como Sportv e ESPN soa meio ganancioso.
