"Excellent service with Ahmad and reception. Very nice place to chill down and relax with an amazing pool to escape chaos (in a good way) from Marrakesh"
"Great place to stay, so clean, so calm and with good breakfast, the staff are friendly and are speaking English, Arabic, French..
If you come at night you should consider calling property managers first to help you access and to guide you as it’s a small village, it would be preferable to check in during the day."
"The Kasbah was absolutely stunning. Hidden behind huge walls, it is a secret oasis in the desert. The decor is fantastic, the gardens are beautiful and the service was immense "
"Lovely hotel in a nice area and close to a shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our time here and would certainly stay again. "
"Lovely marrocan style compartment of bedroom, private garden and living room. Breakfast in the green garden with marrocan touch. Friendly services until the last moment with farewell souvenir and meal. "

"This is a beautiful riad with the most amazing and friendly staff, who go out of their way to accommodate you. The only drawback is the location in a part of Medina that is not as clean as other more modern and renovated places. "
"I love the design of the hotel. It’s gorgeous and the staff are amazing. Especially Abdul who did our check in and Hassan who served us during breakfast.
They were above and beyond our expectations!!"
"It was a wonderful experience from the minute we arrived. The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is spectacular and so are the rooms and all the amenities. You have the choice of several restaurants also"
"We as a family of 4 with young kids loved this hotel. Amazing service all around. Great pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Good food options over the course of our week stay. Would love to come back."
"Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms.
All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool
We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay."
"The hotel is in an excellent location and is a really good hotel for no more than three people per room maximum. As some of the reviews suggests the hotel does need some attention in terms of doors and decor however this is a very minor aesthetic issue which did not bother me in the slightest. The whole tell was very clean and each of the rooms has balcony access along with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast options consisted of croissants a variety of different types of bread, salads, limited cooked options, omelettes to order, and the usual continental breakfast options. This in my opinion was ample. There is a taxi stand across the road from the hotel where both standard taxis and grande taxis are available. Has a bit of advice look at the prices in the driver's windows which are set by the government/council so that they do not rip you off with inflated prices are specific times. The swimming pool facility in the hotel was amazing and super quiet from the hours of nine up until around 12 p.m. All in all a very comfortable stay with healthful stuff for a very good price and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as long as the small aesthetic elements do not bother you. I will be booking this again if I ever visit Marrakesh once again."
