Everything was great, enjoyed our time in Ouray, only thing to note is the hot tub won't get hotter than 98.9

There is a bit of repair and cleaning that needs to be done. Bathroom was clean but bedspread has stains, walls had marks, a piece of curtains was gone, marks on walls, etc. time for some new paint and reinvestment

Nice staff, older hotel but has been well maintained. Clean. Bed was lop sided a little.

The people at the front desks were super nice,exelente breakfast. Our problem was that the toilet was leaking and the tv wasn't workingbut i let them know andvthey came to fix the problems right away. I aslo didn't like the smell ofvthe room so i left the door a little open.
