The hotel restaurant was closed (this was not disclosed at booking); the heating in our room wasn't working so we had to be moved to a smaller room, and an emergency light randomly came on and wouldn't go off. I had to remove the bulb so that we could sleep. On the better side, Cecelia worked hard to resolve our issues and was very helpful. I do appreciate her efforts to make things right.

No access to hotel on arrival at 16:00 hours and no one in reception and phone number didn’t work.

Beware extra charges after booking non-refundable
Posted 28 Jan 2020 on HotelsI can't comment on the service or the cleanliness etc because I didn't end up staying there.
Beware extra charge of 20 Euros for late check in. This is not made clear in the listing.
I tried to get a refund when they slapped this extra charge on but they would not let me cancel, even though I had made other arrangements because of their misrepresentation. I would not book with them non-refundable unless you have time to contact them first and check for any extra costs.
As I said the hotel may be lovely but I did not stay there because of what I thought was shoddy behaviour.

Dear Sir;
We are sorry you choose to not stay in our hotel, although I have to remind you that on Expedia is cleraly written that the late check in (after 20:00) may be subjected to an extra charge: by our hotel policy, usually we do not apply any extra charge until 24:00, but seen that you were suppesed to arrive around 02:00 we were supposed to give an overtime our porter.
About the missed refunding: I have to remind you to that the reservation was clearly labeled as a non refundable and it was your decision to not stay in our hotel when you realized there was an extra chrage for our's porter overtime.
We're hoping to host you in the future.

Skiing holiday hotel
Posted 23 Feb 2018 on Hotels6 night stay in this beautiful hotel In Oulx on our ski trip. Nice and quiet location with some lovely restaurants nearby. We were bed and breakfast but did eat in the restaurant one evening which was very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with loads of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Little struggle for vegetarians
Posted 28 Apr 2017Overall had good experience. we are vegetarians and went half board. We had bit of a struggle with our dinners. Chef wasn't very keen on entertaining vegetarians it seemed. Thankfully Christina (host/hotel manager) went out of the way to try make sure we were looked after. She even offered to refund money we paid for dinners however we decided to stick with the hotel restaurant. Spacial thanks to her for saving our trip. We will consider this place again if we happen to be there again. Don't forget to make use of bus facility provided by the hotel.
