"Beautiful reception area with lovely views. Excellent receptionists very helpful. Secure parking area. The room was large and comfortable with great balcony. Very comfortable bed lovely linens and towels. All areas very clean. I would love to return to Hotel Mercure Rif Nador."

"The apartment is spacious but that's it and not worth the price. Problem at check in. Broken shower door and hand shower head. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided no other amenities. Minimum safety measures."

The worst experience
"We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why.. First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment ..."
