Walking and uber/lyft distance to lots of places. Close to amtrak. Rooms were big.The concierge (i think his name is Tony) was the best!! He came and opened the door for me EVEN when I was getting out of my lyft! Only thing i wish they had was free breakfast. Read lots of negative comments about this hotel but im glad i stuck with my gut and went to experience it for myself. I had a great time. Will return again.

Booked 4 rooms for my whole family, in town for Springsteen show at Camden Yards. The hotel was swamped and I’m guessing mildly understaffed, but the employees were great under stressful circumstances, rooms were clean and very spacious. Honestly spent little to no time in the hotel other than sleeping, but based upon my total experience I would definitely go back if I were back in town

Not impressed. No safe had to change rooms. No cleaning (tidying) in between. Shower faucet almost fell off. Outlets in. Bathroom did not work. Old hotel.

I booked this hotel because it had excellent rating on Expedia. What really works for this hotel is its location. I booked a room with harbor view, so it cost me extra, but it was worth it! Sadly, couldn't make use of the pool during our stay. They have a convenient smoking corner outside the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. I didn't mind the lack of room service and daily housekeeping. Although they don't provide daily housekeeping, you can request for fresh linens and towels before 10 AM for same day service. I didn't need to, since we only stayed for 2 nights. The room had iron, iron board and essentials in the bathroom but didn't have a hair dryer. Had to request and get one from the reception desk. The parking is right behind the property. But, the parking is not the hotel's own. It's maintained by the city. You can get the ticket there, bring it to the hotel and get in and out privileges from the hotel front desk during check-in. They also offer luggage storage. That came in particularly handy for us. We reached at around 10 AM, parked, went to front desk, produced the parking ticket for in and out privileges, stored our luggage and went out for the day's sight seeing with a day bag. Came back at around 5 PM and checked-in to our room. I am unsatisfied with the hotel's food options. Very limited menu. The restaurant serves breakfast only on weekends and dinner from Thursday to Sunday. They do have a café with even more limited options though.
