The Hotel parking does not offer in/out. I was travelling on business and needed my car. I was told I could park on the street after 8:00pm, but had to remove by 6:00am or could park at Rogers Center/Show Center. I parked overnight there $20.00 for 12 hours and a 10 minute walk to get there. what a pain. Note: there is no elevator, pretty bad for someone like me with health issues, tramping up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage.

Due to our location to just about any amenity, entertainment venue, abundance of restaurants, sites to see, our no in/out parking privileges are standard. Also another reason we offer other options close by. It is rather unfortunate you have health issues and your reservation was on our top floor. For future reference, please let us know in advance of any special requests and we will most certainly do our best to accommodate your needs.

Had a very positive experience from check in to interaction with staff and the lovely owner herself. The Swiss Hotel is full of character and charm. My room had everything I needed. It and the bathroom & shower etc. were quite small however, so be sure to ask about various room options if you prefer more space. Less than 10 minute walk to Rideau Centre was so convenient. I would recommend a stay!

Lovely old building nicely upgraded. Excellent shower and room lighting. No reception after hours but the entry instruction was clear and worked well. Street parking was godd for overnight but only 2 hours during the day.

Overall the stay was good. Staff and location were great, but the rooms are tiny and the entire building smelled super musty.
