We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We could walk everywhere that we needed to get to. Lots of options for restaurants nearby. The unit was very spacious; we were very comfortable there. Have a concern over a parking ticket in the underground parking (with City of Ottawa) which we are trying to get resolved - hopefully that will work out.

Fabulous location! Just far enough away from the busy tourist locations and yet close enough to walk to them. Grocery store close by, restaurants close. Underground parking was super easy and reasonably priced. Quiet and clean. SOHO is a wonderful spot to stay - looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was perfect. Close proximity to grocery stores. Within walking distance of many venues. The properties around were a bit derilect and there were many homeless people but overall I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

The location is fairly convenient for grocery shopping, accessing public transportation, and walking to the central attractions. The room I got has a good view of the city. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing was the Keurig needed descaling, and the washer didn’t work. However, I found it the last night of my stay during the non-office hours. It could be an easy fix but I don’t know.

We are enjoyed our one bedroom condo, the pool and exercise room. Felt safe in the building. Good location. The bed was only a double, so was a bit small for my husband and I when we are used to a queen/king. The communication was excellent as far as getting into our condo goes. There is no way to contact anyone if there is a problem in the evening or night as no one at desk.

AMAZING PROPERTY! Spacious, luxurious and clean. Many pubs and restaurants nearby. However there is alot of homeless and drug addicts in the area. (Soup kitchen located according the street) Regardless of this latter issue, i fully recommend this place for longer stay.

Check in was easy and quick. The space was clean and organized. Basics were provided and replenished when requested. Support was responsive during the week. Pool, gym and hot tub were extremely clean and up to date. (I cannot speak about the sauna, we didn't use it. ) You have to enter through the gym to access the prepool showers, change room, etc. We parked underground and found a spot easily every time. In/out was also a breeze. Overall a very good stay, just don't expect an attentive hotel service like experience. I prefer to be left alone which is why I chose this property. I would absolutely stay again.
