The ratings for this room were very high so I was dissapointed by a few things like the weak fan in the bathroom, dysfunctional bedroom closet doors, small stiff couch, lack of noise insulation (from traffic especially), no duvet cover (also duvet too hot), and no TV in the bedroom (only in other room)

No black out blinds and low flow shower heads.

Hello Jason,Let us know next time if you prefer a darker room and we will do our best to accommodate you. As for the shower heads we are busy making adjustments to these as part of our Silver Leed certification and understand they are not for everyone. We do hope you try us again.

Wonderful design and layout of the rooms. One of my favourite I have ever stayed in.

This was a really beautiful place to stay . Concierge was excellent, room clean and modern we loved it. Will definitely be back
