The floor I was on was noisy with kids in the hallway. Found out after that it was a shelter hotel. Floors 3 and 5 designated, they gave me room on 5
These people have a lot of stress in their lives I understand that, the hotel putting work people on the same floor with basically long term tenants (it’s understandable the kids are stir crazy) is unacceptable
The bathroom tub had mold around it
No working TV,
I’ll not be staying there again

We arrived very late after many delays at the airport and the receptionist offered we could stay a bit longer than checkout time at no extra cost

We started in RM.124. The hotel itself was okay, but appears it is also being used as a refugee shelter. The staff was excellent and very sociable. The bed was fine. The heater worked well. Our cat stayed with us. She did well except she didn't like the barking dog down the hall. The floor seal for the walk-in shower did not work, and we flooded the bathroom. Used all the towels to clean it up. The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall, the bathroom sink faucet was loose, the sink was coming away from the wall, the TV was very slow in loadiing up content. These issues were reported to the Front Desk when we checked out.
