Proximity was excellent, but the location is noisy and guest chatting in the hallway were far too loud

Great location for an overnight downtown in the Byward market.

Facility was well kept, a bit dated but clean and staff were excellent
The are of town if getting rough but that is not the hotels fault they make efforts to keep the internal property safe.

Prime location, right in byward walking distance to almost everything you can think of.
Staff were nice
Noisy, kids running around the hall, banging on my door, also a lot of homeless people around, I know that’s not the hotels fault.
Pay attention to the fine print, parking is $35 a night, you definitely pay for the convenience

Location is best feature -- service and cleanliness and other assets are required to keep a standard so we will go back there to get the best opportunities to visit key city sites with least travel and get exercise as a bonus because walking distance is 'just right' for lots of features.

Perhaps at reception have either a download or a walking map. Asked us the war memorial within walking distance and they really didn’t know. Sometimes it’s those types of extras ;cost nothing) but leave a lasting impression on your guests
