The friendly staff and the breakfast.
The beds were lumpy and soft and I had to wipe hair (not mine since I lost it due to cancer tx) and dust bunnies.

Stayed here overnight as we had an appointment at the University of Ottawa the next morning. Very close to the highway in the mall, easy to get to. Easy check-in. Brooms were exactly what I expected, clean and comfortable. A great price as well. The only small complaint I will say is that the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up! Not that big a deal, but you want to be courteous and lift it for others and it just wouldn’t stay up!

Overall. It served the purpose required. Not sure I would stay long term. Some maintenance needed. Shower tap leaked, electrical outlet not working.

The property doesn’t look nice from outside but very clean and comfortable rooms and super comfy bed. However, this is ridiculous that they are serving breakfast from 6-9 only and there is no water bottles inside the rooms which is so cheap.
