I recently stayed at this hotel for an end-of-the-year company party, and while there were several positive aspects, a few inconveniences impacted my overall experience.
The good:
The hotel room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay.
The bad:
Several issues impacted my stay. The coffee machine was dirty, with dust and hair in the reservoir, requiring me to clean it before use. The iron had burn marks from previous guests, and I had to wait 20 minutes for a replacement. The ironing board smelled unpleasant and transferred odor to my clothes.
The shower took too long to heat up and never got hot enough. The TV lacked streaming options, and there was no way to add services like Netflix or Prime.
One of the windows couldn’t be opened, limiting fresh air.
The swimming pool was a letdown. The changing room was far from the pool, requiring a trek through a gym and cold hallway, and no bathrobe was provided. The pool itself had overly salty, lukewarm water, making it feel more like a budget hotel pool.
Overall, while the room was clean, and the convention center well-equipped, issues with cleanliness, amenities, and the pool affected my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these to improve future guest experiences.

Great location, super quiet room and nice views. Travelling with 2 kids 5 & under isn't always the easiest, but we had an excellent stay. The only negative I can point out would be how long it takes to wait for the elevator (mostly due to 2 impatient children added to the mix). That's out of the hands of the staff when everyone is checking out at the same time. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

My only issue was that one of the elevators was always acting up which made the wait for the other 2 ling sometimes. Especially if you had a trolley.
