Staff were lovely, all super comfortable and clean - very short walk to spectacular rocky outcrop jutting into the sea from which to watch the sunrise. Borrowing the bikes and cycling into Otranto was fun.

This is a great property located 300 metres walking distance from a splendid beach and a short 15 min drive to Otranto. The breakfast selection is amazing, the room was clean and spacious and parking was easy. The outdoor pool was nice but the water was a bit cold in September.

A relaxing and special stay here. Our room was beautiful and was great to sit in your own courtyard for your own apperitivo hour. The pool was excellent and was a short drive to otranto. We used the free hotel bikes and bikes into otranto too which was fun. Ivan the host was excellent.

A little oasis near the beach front, which is accessible via a short pathway through the vegetation. Great pool. Good food, even though options are limited for lunch and dinner. Phenomenal staff that goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Relatively close to Otranto ( 5 minutes car ride ). Free bikes available on the premise to explore the surroundings. I would strongly suggest to anybody looking to vacation around Otranto.

O quarto que pegamos não tinha nada haver com Nenhuma Foto do hotéis.com. Realmente bem inferior. Limpeza dos quartos boa e café da manhã bom! Não tinha uma manta ou edredon no quarto o que para mim seria ponto bem negativo!

En las afueras de otranto como a 10 min. Hotel en el campo muy bonito. Muy buen servicio cómodo con estacionamiento. No hay camas king size y por el costo del hotel deberían dar botellas de agua en los cuartos. No dieron toallas instrucciones de ir a un beach club muy bonito sin costo.

Nice stay close to the beach

The property is located very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. With a 10 minutes walk along a beautiful path you can reach the beach. The masseria has all the services you need, we liked the bicycle service to reach Otranto and everyone does it’s best to accommodate requests. We felt however the design of the masseria exteriors is kind of “cold” due to a renovation that has gone too far and it misses the ambience that some other Masserias can offer.

Disappointed - pictures fool you!

Rather disappointing. 10 min walk to the beach. Need to walk through little Forrest and bushes with huge spiders. Room not as luxurious as hoped. Breakfast rather simple. Spa area a complete joke! Two saunas and a big jacuzzi we didn’t feel comfortable using. I’d choose a different place next time, sorry! Staff is very nice but just didn’t feel comfortable. Also, place needs some yard work.

Tolle Lage und angenehme Masseria

Die Masseria liegt perfekt um den Salento zu erkunden, nur wenige Kilometer außerhalb von Otranto, knappe 45 Minuten nach Lecce oder 40 Minuten nach Lecce. Darüberhinaus 10 min zu Fuß zu einer der schönsten Buchten des Salento, der Baia delle Turchi. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr ruhig. Alle am „Landgut“ sind extrem freundlich und bemüht. Sehr gutes Frühstück und preiswertes und gutes Abendessen Sehr zu empfehlen

Staff are amazing really really friendly but the overall Masseria is overrated. They have spoilt it by making it modern taking away all the original quaint charm of it. The pool is stunning but the site is small and breakfast is tacky and not pleasant. Much much nicer Masserias in Puglia and for this reason it’s really over priced. Rooms are small and facilities are minimal. There isn’t much to this site other then the pool whereas the other masserias have groves or land to be explored. Nice place but wouldn’t stay again

Mouth watering experience!!

Amazing beach just a couple of minutes from hotel. You can feel the fresh outside and clean smell from the open fields. Ivan is an outstanding host full of energy and happy in helping in guiding you on having an excellent trip

We loved our two days in this masseria and can't wait to return. The staff were the most earnest and eager-to-help that we have ever encountered in years of travel. It was hard to believe how big and beautiful the breakfast was. We were really tired when we arrived, decided against driving downtown for dinner, and decided to have dinner at the Masseria. We were so amazed by the quality of the food and wine that we ate there a second night even though we had intended to go to Otranto. Enjoyed sitting in the garden chairs out the back door of the room with the beautiful vineyard stretching out in the distance.

Everything was fine but the room had a smell and the set up was weird. However it is a very nice hotel and people are friendly. The bikes are a very nice touch. I would advise them to have the restaurant on a covered terrace rather than downstairs as it is too dark to have diner in what is the basement.

Very nice flats in an amazing location peaceful and calm surrounded by nature and 5 minutes walking to the best beach around Otranto (Baia dei Turchi) - very nice staff and always ready to support us - they also have a restaurant on reservation with excellent food
