This hotel was PERFECT for our long layover. Conveniently located in the airport, checking in for our departure was quick and easy. You could enjoy various shops and food, while enjoying the outdoor ambiance. There was so much to choose from their breakfast buffet. Delicious! Also got to enjoy the panoramic view of Tokyo from the terminal observation deck. Rail lines made it a breeze to see some sites in Tokyo and return back in time. If you’re in for a layover, we highly recommend this hotel!

Right at Terminal 3, which was wonderful after a long 8.5 hour flight.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.
I am not a big fan of using a kiosk for checking in or out. They were even broken one day, so why bother? Use people. Customers like the human interaction. Technology has its role but there are limits that we need to accept.
