Love the property. Within walking distance to a nearby mall as well as 2 train stations. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, is clean and comes with 2 bedrooms suitable for a family.

We had a pleasant stay at Park Residence Omori. The location is quiet and peaceful, even with the park right in front. It's conveniently close to a supermarket, convenience stores, and the train station, making it very easy to get around. A great option for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The check in screen did not show the door code so checking in was a little hectic but the operator was able to help us switftly.

Great location and comfortable place

The apartment was in a good location, close to major shopping and train stations. The apartment was good size for Tokyo standard and comfortable. The apartment offered a lot of amenities including washer and dryer (I did not use it due to short duration of our stay). Only downside was small elevator that required multiple trips for our group and the link to register did not work, so I had to register at the door. I also had to prompt the management to get the registration code..

Comfortable stay for family of four. The location is close to train and bus transportation with shopping, convenience stores and dining and Haneda Airport Shuttle nearby. The bedroom is very comfortable. The tatami room smelled like there may have been some mold. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We chose this apartment for its location, which was convenient for our purposes, and for the number of separate sleeping areas. These objectives were accomplished, however, the apartment itself and the lack of conveniences therein were just so-so. There is no place to hang towels, BA is very small even by Japanese standards, washer instructions were for a wrong unit (washer was also damaged but operational), communication was difficult, check-in instructions are extremely convoluted (to be fair, this appeared to be common in Japan - must be a translation thing). Overall, fair, but nothing to rave about

Clean and well stocked

Stayed at the Park Residence due to proximity to office in Omori as well as the ability to accommodate a family of 5. Hotels in the Tokyo area are fairly small and it's rare to find one that can accommodate a large family without having to get two rooms. This apartment filled that need. Having a kitchen with small fridge, microwave, dishes, and two burner hotplate was a nice bonus, along with a washer and dryer, though you'll need laundry soap. A few blocks walk to Omori or Omorikaigan stations, one block to Ito Yokado for groceries. Clean and nice! Would stay here again with a larger group, but with a smaller group or if we didnt need the kitchen would opt for a regular hotel instead.
