Rooms are slightly on the smaller side but good quality and cleanliness. The spa facilities is too crowded as it is shared with another hotel and open to the public.

Great hotel to stay at if you have an early flight to catch the next day. 5 min undercover walk to Terminal 3. Stay at the Premier, not the Grand. Better service and no self-check-in (I do not understand why this is a thing in Japan, computers do not make check-in faster and families needs help with luggage). Would stay at the Premier again.

The staff were very nice & professional. Very convenient to & from Haneda International airport.
Room was clean & furniture were well placed. As a premium hotel guest, we had an easy access to the public bath & there's no additional cost.
Small complains are there's only enough or 1 serving of coffee

Great interior, excellent staff, the on site onsen was very relaxing before/after a long flight. Rooms however were tiny and decided not luxury.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The onsen is spectacular! Service was excellent. It was a perfect way to end my stay in Japan. The location is convenient (it is located in terminal 3 at Haneda airport) and easibly accessible. I recommend this hotel for folks who are in the last leg of their journey and leaving out of Haneda.Lots of good shopping and restaurants.
