Pros: the staff, the location and the large cool rooms
Cons: A slightly more varied menu...possibly more snack options
Location: Short taxi ride to all the main attractions/markets etc. If you want American style burgers there is a good place 3 min walk away
Very nice staff. straightforward ,polite and efficient. Room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee , water and towels. The roof top terrace is great. Interesting views but also high enough to get a much needed breeze. We were there on wed for their Jazz and poetry night which was quite fun. The food isn't cheap but it all tastes good. Breakfast is variable but ok

Nice! Overall I thought the room was very nice.

Pros: The hotel room was very nice the bed spread was very comfortable, and the shower and bath tub.
Cons: No more roaches, and better tv movies channels a better picture as well as newer refrigerator and transportation for their hotel guess.
Location: The location, it was near African shop's and restaurants.
M experience was terrible, the refrigerator was not working and I saw 3 baby roaches inside the refrigerator and on the bathroom toilet and on the bathroom sink. I told them and the next morning they told me that they will terminating my room but unfortunately when I return to m room that evening I still saw another roach on the bathroom sink.

Posted 30 Jun 2016 on HotelsThis hotel tucked away in a residential area and has nice modern furniture and fittings. The bed was very comfortable and staff helpful. What lets them down is the general smell of the rooms and the poor service in the restaurant.
