The hotel was nice but you really need a car to get around, even just to get to Strasbourg itself

It was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The bathroom did not have wash cloths or soap for the sink. Otherwise a perfect place as an airport hotel and only a 7 minute drive away.

When I arrived the main gate was locked. I tried to call them but no one answered

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. After investigation with the hotel staff, we have been reported that nobody rang the bell at the gate nor over the phone. We are open 24/h a day so we don't understand what happened anf if you went to the wrong Hotel Ibis .( located in front of our HoteL). Over night stop from Italy to UK, hotel easy to find, close to motorway. The hotel needs updating & the breakfast was just OK. Wifi not great.The staff were great except for the waitress wearing a tatty old cardigan & unkempt hair which is unprofessional. Would I stay again????

Hotel good for one night stay.

Hotel was good for a one night stay. Room was basic but clean. Stayed in the hotel for dinner which wasn't bad. Breakfast was extra but well worth paying for.
