Staff were fantastic and very helpful.
The 30 and 160 buses had good links into town. Breakfast was of a good standard too and very good value .
One suggestion I would make is to use duvets wihh th covers rather than sheets in either side as they move during the night.
Highly recommend for a family as the rooms are spacious and a good pricing level.

Some sketchy surroundings, but awesome hotel and great staff. Close to busses.

Asked for a vegan breakfast beforehand and was confirmed during booking but on the first morning, there were no vegan options provided, only soya milk. It would have been nice if the message had been conveyed to the breakfast team for our first breakfast. However, the breakfast manager was really good and the next day provided us with fresh fruit and vegan croissants (not the best I have had as a bit oily) but appreciated the effort. Also made me a soya cappuccino. Cant fault the kitchen staff. Couldn't eat the hot food or any butters etc so overall the vegan food is very limited. Apartment was cleaned but not always hoovered properly. The apartment is a nice size (smaller than it looks in the picture but very good nonetheless), staff are friendly, the bus stop is walking distance from the hotel. Everyone was very accommodating so apart from lack of vegan food, it was very good.

Alessandra made our stay lovely she always went above and beyond. If we asked her a question she was always willing to give us suggestions. She never made us feel like we were bothering her. The breakfast was very good and convenient. The appliances in the laundry room need to seriously be updated. The room was fair but could use soap for the kitchen and kitchen towel Uncertain if I would stay there again but would look into another hotel in their chain.

Let me say that the front desk representative was filled with sunshine. Alex went above and beyond to greet us and help us explore Rome and have a fabulous stay. She is A . So as to the property, it is located in a remote area with very few shops or dining. The area just outside had a lot of garbage and debris. It was not very nice looking. On a good note the bus was in front of the hotel and it was very reliable with a few different bus lines. We took the bus daily to eat and see Rome.

Pro: Good Coffee. Big room. Kitchenette. Working air conditioner. Good water pressure. Okay breakfast. Across the street from bus stop.
Con: The bathroom smells very bad. My biggest issue: No one checked to see if we purchased breakfast during a 6 day stay, we could have saved that additional money we paid for breakfast.
