Lovely Apartment enough for 1 person like me but can accommodate 3 as this was a triple beds no view but not a problem as everything is on your doorstep bus train all easy to reach .lovely breakfast could do with milk in room for tea and coffee .Staff all very pleasent and very helpfull I hope to stay next year so watch out Girls i will be back!!! And Thankyou foe a lovely stay just what i needed

The hotel is a bit dated which was ok for me. The room is basic. No coffee maker. No cups of any kind. I asked the bartender for one and he provided it. I need it for brushing my teeth. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Restaurant next door is amazing!! Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff was great Ricardo was super helpful with everything and their shuttle service was very good. Only issue was upon checkout the new person working at the front desk was pretty rude and insisted on charging us more than we agreed upon for the shuttle we needed to take to the metro. Would have given 5 stars if not for that gentleman

A little disappointed that the spa and hot tub were not open during our stay. I’m not sure if they are completely closed or if they were closed for the holiday, but I was looking forward to that after 9 days of travel! Otherwise, a nice and clean hotel not far from the airport.

Terrible decision here. Mold/mildew in the hotel and room. Literally leaking ceiling after one night stay. A/C didn’t function on a 90 degree day. Customer service said nothing about a solution. Gross on all fronts.

Pretty nice

Very close to the airport, but about 50 minutes away from the coliseum and other historic sites. Clean, guests services available all night. Rooms are a little small, but this is par for what we’ve seen across Europe.
