The sink in the middle of the room is just incredibly annoying. Otherwise a lovely place.

Overall our stay was great. Really liked the hotel design and unique aspects of it. While it’s right on a bus line, the location was not that close to anything.

OK but lots of room for improvement

Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. Otherwise, room is bigger and better than the Moxy Frankfurt East Hotel right beside it. I believe they are updating the hotel at the moment as construction works started around 9PM and woke me up. If I was going to check out late and rest a bit more I would be very annoyed. Breakfast is definitely not worth paying for. There is only random pastries, some vegetables, cereal and filtered coffee in a pot? No hot plates? Come on...

Nice clean room. However towels felt super used and old. No water in the room. No basics like body lotion or even an iron. No telephone either. The restaurant at dinner time was closed for a week private event. Unfortunately no takeaway options at the hotel were available either. Shame as it would’ve been great to have an option to take food upto the room/room service

Pricey for what it offers as Hotel. It’s clean and has good access to one tram line.

For convenience to the boat dock great rooms was okay bathroom set up with open shower terrible everything gets wet including clothes hung up
