"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. "Zois Apartment is located in historic area of Ljubljana! Walkable to everything in town. No elevators so be prepared to carry luggage up two floors. Parking was on street, zone 3 had best fee! There is a parking garage near by but expensive overnight fee!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. "The lights in the apartment were especially excellent. The location was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. My hosts were courteous and helpful. I had a very pleasant visit."

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"The property is clean and close to center and castel however, the glass partition seems unecessary and if you try to watch tv from bed, the glass dividers are in the way. "

"The bed was comfortable, the location was excellent and the host was accommodating. But with some more care it would have been excellent. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. No hand soap in the kitchen. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not completely clean. There was no bracket for the shower head in a very complicated shower with no instructions."

"Suite à une erreur de saisie dans les dates ( novembre au lieu de décembre ) la direction n’a pas émis le souhait de vouloir faire le moindre effort financier encore moins prendre contact avec nous . Évidemment je ne suis pas venue pour ce séjour !!! donc une location à fuir !!"
