The place is not well maintained. the toilet paper holder fell off, no facial tissue in the box. one of our rooms did not have private washroom and tv. the toilet was not working well, the shower water was not strong enough. however, the staff were really nice and prompt with solving them when an issue was brought up. there were signs about extra charges when using the amenities (swimming pool, stove/barbecue area/refrigerator). However, they did not charge us anymore. I dont know if it is because of the inconveniences that I have mentioned above. the place was beautiful and quiet despite all those. The staff said it was fully booked but we hardly saw any other guests. Again, the staffs were wonderful. I just hope the owner had put more attention to the maintenance/upkeep of the place that everything is working as it should. I would just say that I got what I paid for.

I was very excited to stay here based on the pics of the rooms, it's location, and user reviews. So excited that I arrived a day early to pop in and look at the place as I passed by on the way to the beach. I saw my name on a big challenge board noting my reservation for the Red Room, which is a Deluxe Room as I booked. When I checked in on time, they gave me a key for a room called the Function Room. The function room is an empty room with two beds and a crude partition separating the room into two rooms. No horizontal surfaces to put your things on, no closet, no bathroom, no television. Just us, and another couple on the other side of a partition. I asked what happened to the red room? They told me a series of lies, which I knew we're lies because I was there talking to other staff the day before. Basically they admitted to me that they double booked the room. So I said, fine, that happens when you don't have a good system to manage bookings from different sites, but the room is simply unacceptable, and let me know please what we can do to give me the value that I paid for. He asked how much I paid, told me I PAID TOO MUCH, said that he "can not AMERICA the problem for me" and that I would have no luck anywhere else. I went to another hotel down the road that was lovely. I will get my money back from credit card or Orbitz.

Bad service, Rude staff!

We didnt get the room that we paid for. I tried to communicate the issue with the staff but they were too arrogant to even apologize. They keep insisting the room they gave was good too even though the bathroom is outside of the room. One guy also took the phone from the girl I was talking too and arrogantly asked if I had a contract with them. Well I booked online so there's your contract. I hope their management does something about this. So embarassing and disappointing.

Never checked in. When we arrived they had only one room for us I, they did not explained why.... we left n found another place to stay. I need yo get a full refund

Our stay on this hotel was good, the staff were nice, the distance to the whale watching is fair, the location is great..by the shore, quiet, & safe. But i have only one complain, the breakfast time, if you are leaving early than 7 am, you cant have your breakfast because they start serving @ 7 am, even i requested for early breakfast, they wont adjust. There was even 1 time that i requested for breakfast to serve @ 7am before we leave but i dont know what happen, there was no breakfast served because my request didnt reach to the kitchen. I even told 3 staffs the night before. But anyway, all in all, our stay was great.

Our stay was uneventful. The resort is really just for staying overnight and for sleeping. Nothing much is going on.
