Thon Hotel Spectrum is situated in a busy area in the city center, so unfortunately some noise can occur here. We have quite many rooms towards the back yard, where it is more quiet. Please do not hesitate to ask for one of these rooms, and we will do our best to fulfill this. We still hope that you otherwise had a nice stay with us, and that we will be able to welcome you back to Thon Hotel Spectrum on another occasion.

The location was convenient and the customer service was excellent. However, the neighborhood was noisy, and all the construction around it made it look trashy. And quite frankly, the whole neighborhood was not inviting at all.

The staff were very nice and helpful! Breakfast was amazing - so many incredible options! The bed was awful! They said it was a queen but it seemed like a full size (which might just be a cultural difference). Since we were already on a top floor with a sloped ceiling, the small bed and very warm room, made us quite claustrophobic. I barely slept all night! I called the front desk in the morning to see if we could upgrade for a larger room/bed but they were fully booked. Because we were so tired and frustrated, we ended up switching hotels and got a great place with a king size bed (and had a wonderful nights sleep! Although we lost our room payment AND prepaid breakfast!) The area around this hotel is also a bit sketchy - although the location is convenient to Central Station. If I could get another room with a different bed or layout, I would consider staying again just because the staff and breakfast was worthwhile. But, sleep is pretty important when you want to enjoy vacation!

Dear guest,Thank you for your review after your visit.We are sorry that you were not happy with the queen size room. These rooms are smaller than our double rooms, and have a 140 cm wide bed. Unfortunately we were fully booked when you asked for a room change, so we did not have any other rooms with a larger double bed to move you to. We are very sorry that this affected your sleep, and that you decided to change to another hotel because of this. Our double rooms have 160 cm or 180 cm wide beds, and the rooms are more spacious than the queen size rooms. I would advise you to book one of these rooms should you decide to visit us again. It is good to hear that the staff was very nice and helpful, and that the breakfast was amazing with lots of different options to choose from. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations to your stay this time, but still hope to be able to welcome you back to Thon Hotels on another occasion.

Wanted to stay somewhere near the bus terminal and enjoyed this place. The hotel breakfast has an impressive number of options

Room was super small but fine for one person. TV didn’t work but that’s ok because I wasn’t staying in my room long. Buffet breakfast was outstanding!

Staff were awesome, from front dest to servers at breakfast. Clean, comfortable room, good location in city centre.

This is a very cute hotel and we had several nice stays within the Thon chain. Clean, friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast! However, this particular hotel is directly adjacent to a heavy metal bar, and the music runs late into the evening. If you like to party or enjoy metal coming into your open windows, this is the place for you!!
