Lady who checked us in was great, hotel and room very clean, and bed was the best.

Amazing hotel let down by inexperienced staff

The room and property was fantastic. The staff at the front desk was a let down and led to a disappointing experience at the start. The buffet as well as the staff at the restaurant were superb though. Had great connecting rooms, though the AC was not functioning properly... And we did not want to interact with the staff at the reception.. Had a mixed experience... This was in stark contrast to our superb experience at the Radisson Blu Ankara, where the superb room experience was amplified by the great staff and service. This one did not even have anyone to assist us with the luggage. We had to move entire luggage in a trolley ourselves.

Terrible Cooperate Hotel

No staff on reception, Eventually we were greeted with what we could not do, which is park outside. Room upgrade never happened, we had to ask for our free drinks and we received two unopened warm bottles of water and no glasses, it’s ok we helped ourselves. The bar was shut through the stay. Rooms are good. Typical of the chain and the hotel is opposite a Metro station. There is a shopping centre attached. Bad staff let the place down. Unless it was cheap I would not stay here again.
