The property boosts that they are walking distance to public transportation, and busy areas of the city. In reality, the property has the lobby centered to the side street and it almost looks like an abandoned building from the outside. There is one restaurant across the road from the hotel. I’m pretty much that’s the closest thing if you are willing to walk several blocks there are some good eating options. Just make sure to make reservations in advance. There is even a one Michelin star about five blocks away. The breakfast buffet was not bad. There were plenty of options and everything seemed fresh. The dining hall is a bit small but seemed OK if you considered there is an overflow dining area room just down the hall. The staff from the buffet were really nice and accommodating. But the front desk staff could be a little more friendly when we asked about their late night door policies the answer was given very condescendingly.

The hotel is very average and in need of renovation. However, the room was warm because of a proper heater, and it was pretty quiet too. I missed the breakfast by mistake, but the lovely ladies in the kitchen let me take some food in my room. The best thing in this hotel is the staff, and the location is quite central. It is good for people with budget.

Helt greit sted å bo i Oslo
15 min gange fra Oslo S og Sentrum scene. Rent og pent rom, helt ok plass til kofferter. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Litt forvirring ved ankomst siden inngang ligger i annen gate enn adressen sier. Helt grei frokost. Vi fikk problemer med døra til rommet. Den gikk fra å være vanskelig å låse til umulig å låse på det døgnet vi var der. Vi ga beskjed først ved avreise, så vi vet ikke hva som ble gjort videre. Her kan vi godt bo flere ganger.

Værelset var nu godt nok. Manglede dog lidt rengøring let støvet og gulvet var ikke rengjort så grundigt. Morgenmaden var ok manglede dog æggebægre til de blødkogte æg. Som var lidt for underkogte efter mine normer. Ellers var den ok. Ingen kaffe eller te på værelset men bare en elkedel Helle ikke noget køleskab. Lidt for skrabet 😱
