Beautiful castle and location, however the room/apt was very disappointing. Poor design - the decor is super lacking. Couch very uncomfortable. Stairs slippery. Hallway looking dark and dingy. Pool was small and water was too cold. The breakfast was lovely, the room it was in was beautiful. The area around the hotel is beautiful, walkable, quiet and safe. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Great breakfast. Restaurant menu very limited and pricey, so we ate off site.

Room itself was good and food(breakfast buffet) was also good but the following things were not good. - Wifi didn't work. Network speed was really poor. - 40PLN was additionally charged for parking when I checked out. I asked the staff that parking should be already included in the hotel fee when I reserverd via expedia but she said I parked in a paid parking space and free parking was in a different place. I couldn't find the sign which showed free or not. I don't understand why a staff didn't tell me when I checked in. I felt cheated.
