The pools very poor condition, toilet leaked, sink didn’t drain, no water pressure, mold in shower and by thermostat

Didn’t even check in. Place smelled and looked disgusting. Expedia will not refund either. Done booking through them as they offer no help to their customers.

Great check in, front desk associate was inviting and engaged as I walked through the door with a welcome!! I have stayed at several of the same brand and was disgusted at the condition of the hall flooring, the dirt and stains took over, I was nervous about the room before I even opened the door. The room was clean!! Breakfast staff went above and beyond to accommodated the guest. I expect better from a hotel in this price point.

This place needs a lot of update! Bathroom door and shower was rusty! Bathroom fan didn’t work! Communication with front staff was poor as I doubled booked by mistake!! Wasn’t told about refund status and had to communicate with third party (Expedia) twice! Would probably choose not to stay here again in the future!
