Thieves!!!! Don't stay here!!!
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis hotel charged my credit card twice for the one night stay. Now I have to fight this charge. They have made this stay extremely inconvenient b/c now I have to spend more time to fight something I should not have been charged for.

Dear Guest,We received two separate reservations made about 20 minutes apart, hence two charges. Also both were made through hotels.com by the guest and charges were processed by them as well. The hotel does not have access to guest payment information when your reservation is made through hotels.com.

I liked that it was close to my destination. It is quiet and the staff is friendly. I would like to see a handrail installed in the shower.
