Overall a good cheap hotel that's a coinvent location to shin-osaka station. Although you could probably find a lot nicer hotels for a similar price. But if location is important this is a good choice.

Bed very hard. Uncomfortable pillows. Fan in washroom wasn’t working. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful. Seemed to be always working hard to help everyone.

There are many hotels in this area, but this one is quite reasonable. A bit of walk from JR Shin Osaka Station. But it's walkable. It is actually closer from Higashi Mikuni Station (subway). Around the hotel, there are many convenience stores and restaurants.
Our room was small as expected. But unexpectedly, the staff members at this hotel were friendlier than those at other fancier hotels in the area. Also, their free breakfast was healthier and tastier than other hotels in the area.
Overall, good, affordable hotel!

Affordable and centrally located with free breakfast, this hotel is great value for money. The staff is very kind and helpful and the amenities are enough. My only gripe is that the bed is a bit hard and there were only two pillows on the bed.
