Clean, easy to get to from Shin Osaka station, quiet hotel- super easy check in, great shampoo/conditioner. Excellent option for our purposes!

I loved the friendly staff! Any problems I had were quickly resolved. Beds were very clean. If you have questions about getting a taxi they were also helpful. No smoking rooms was good because no odor.

Great hotel, friendly welcoming staff. This location has great access to the subway to go deeper into Osaka or for people wanting to visit Kyoto. It is also 1 stop from Shin-Osaka, very easy access from the Shinkansen trains.
The only negative is that the area around the hotel is pretty absent of things to do - you will have to transport to a different part of Osaka to have your fun.
