Its my 2nd time booking this hotel after my last 6 years ago. Good western breakfast and the staffs were quite polite.

Breakfast buffet options could be better. Had to top up 500 yen for 1 extra scrambled egg for my kid for breakfast.

More hotels should be like Shin-Osaka Station Hotel. The best of Japanese minimalist design, quality, amd efficiency. (The gorgeous breakfast was perfect). In fairness the 4 star rating for location is due to its proximity to the statiin. That being said, its location was a key factor in our decision to book the hotel and it was very quiet, clean and safe.

Nishimura san and Everyone here gave us the best experience possible. A truly remarkable hotel, all the way up to delicious breakfast with eggs of choice and fresh veggies and salad with edible flowers. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Osaka and convenient! Everyone spoke English at the front desk, too. Telling anyone who goes this way to stay HERE.
