Very good stay in room #1204. The ONLY complaint is the water temperature fluctuated when taking a shower. All 3 in our party experienced this. Initially, I thought maybe the temp was changing because someone else in our room flushed the toilet or was running the water, but that was not the case. The hotel should look into stabilizing the temperature so no one gets injured/scalded from a sudden rush of hot water.

The room is spacious for 3 people with 3 beds. Loved the location and very nice staff.

Lovely staff, quick and easy checking in. Great room, clean and comfy. Not loud at all didn’t need to use ear plugs my whole stay. Had its own air conditioning unit/heat pump for the room which was really handy for the summer weather. Walking distance to food, shops and trains.

The hotel exit was right next to Nagahoribashi subway station, so it was very convenient for getting on the subway. Hotel was very quiet, but the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke all the time. The elevators are tiny and slow. 2nd floor amenities are right next to the smoking area so it smelled even worse of cigarettes.

Pros:
1. The hotel itself was at the exit to a local subway station so getting to and from the hotel was easy and convenient.
2. The staff was very attentive, and even though I didn't speak a lot of Japanese, the staff worked their hardest to communicate with me in English, and I tried to communicate back in Japanese (to the best of my abilities).
3. The breakfast buffet was local Japanese cuisine, and I enjoyed the buffet every morning!
4. The room itself was clean and nice for my intended purpose of traveling around Osaka. The hotel offered limited hotel cleaning, but they were very helpful when I asked for an extra pillow, etc.
5. The neighborhood around the hotel, was quiet and I felt safe. The hotel is also within walking distance from the Shinsaibashi shopping district (around a 5-minute walk) and then once you travel south, you hit Dotonburi (around a 10-minute walk) which was surprising!
Cons:
1. None that I can remember
Overall, it was a great hotel in terms of the staff and location. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and I don't mind coming back again in the future when I come back to visit Osaka.

Dotonbori and Namba are also within walking distance in about 10 minutes.We also have tourist maps available, so please feel free to ask our staff.Additionally, although our front desk staff are not native English speakers, we continue to train them to be able to speak as many languages as possible, including English, Chinese, and Korean.Of course, we would be happy if you could feel free to talk to our staff in Japanese as well.We have limited guest room cleaning due to environmental concerns.
