New facility, very clean and modern.
15 min from the station cutting through the park (under construction) and 3 min from Umeda Sky Building.
Highly recommend.

Close to station and close to the best sushi we’ve had yet! The room was good side for our family of 4 and the beds comfortable, but the checkin was little frustrating. Once we figured it out then easy to get in and out. Recommend!

The room size was good for your family of four, and despite some initial frustration with check-in, once you got settled, everything was easy. Overall, you would recommend the place. There is no staff on site so it is a self check in and check out service and they ask you to scan each guest passport and to take a photo. I understand the security reasons for it but it was a bit of a hassle after a long day of traveling. One other thing I was not fond about was the toilet and sink and shower were all separated and the sink was open to the bedroom. Other than that the the space is nice. The TV projector is cool and plenty wall outlet for charging electronics. I also wish the hotel offered umbrellas for borrowing.

We'll explore options to streamline the process while maintaining security. Regarding the bathroom layout, we apologize if the separate toilet, sink, and shower weren't ideal. It's a unique layout in some of our units, and we'll consider adding that information to the listing description for future guests. We're glad you found the space nice overall, especially with the TV projector and ample charging outlets. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer umbrellas for borrowing, but that's a great suggestion. We'll look into adding umbrellas as an amenity. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

It’s a little distance from station, but still walkable. Its about 5mins walk from convenient store, grocery store and yamato transport will help out who traveling around Japan and saving costs.
Negative part is hard to figure how to get in the facility for check in, and washer is using all the time. They should add more washer/dryer.
