Two iPad at the front desk, replacing live staff. It worked fine with us.

The room/apartment we got was not properly cleaned, floor had dirt/rubbish. We had to clean it ourselves. The bed had something crawled out (a bug). We had to disinfect the toilets and chairs as it looks like it was not cleaned. And we sprayed alcohol on the beds/bedsheets as the first night, we felt like there were bed bugs. They only provided 3 towels for the whole stay (there were 3 of us in the family). And it looked like the towels were not that clean (left-overs from the previous occupants). The only good thing for the property is its proximity to Shin-Osaka, other than that the whole experience was terrible.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Room price affordable for location. Location central for day trips and events. Aircon in room didnt work too well and was very loud when trying to sleep. Room cleaning was only limited to once every 3 days. Immediate area around hotel was dirty and felt unsafe at times. Lots of scammers at night trying to approach and lure into dodgy bars/clubs.

Two things I'd like to add for people that would want to arrive before check-in time... they don't allow check-in time before exactly 15h00. I got there around 14h00 and they would'nt allow me to check-in. We had to wait outside because there were only two small couch and other people were also waiting to check-in. Second thing, there is not enough hook around the room so we can't hang enough cloths or towels and stuff. Overall it was a good place and near the metro station.

I recently stayed at the Minn Shin Osaka with my family and couldn't be happier with our experience. The highlight of our stay was the family-friendly bunk bed room. The kids loved having their cozy bunk beds, which made bedtime a fun adventure rather than a chore. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Very helpful customer support when I needed help with the washing machine instructions! Clean, well designed rooms and very convenient location to Shin-Osaka station. Only thing to improve would be to have some luggage storage options. Other than that, excellent value!
