Professional, helpful, courteous, accommodating staff.
Rooms are clean, very comfortable, amenities are within reach.
Premium outlet is walkable

This hotel is a great value. But if you take a train there, book a ticket with the stop before the airport. Where the hotel is. We missed the last shuttle and took a $40 cab ride back to the hotel. Grabbed there shuttle early am . Not too much around but two restaurants and two grocery stores

This is purely a business style hotel in Japan. No-frills don’t come with expectations. It’s just a place close to the airport so you can fly out the next morning however, if you’re flying in, I need a place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend I’d go into Osaka. The restaurants and shopping near the restaurant are Very good.

Two tax free stores near the hotel. Amazing location with public transportation and free airport shuttle if you are just transferring
