I can't get over how amazing my stay was. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly and assisted me with everything I needed. The amenities and services were top-notch, and I loved the manga area. The room and sheets were spotless, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. And don't even get me started on the breathtaking view of Osaka Castle at night!

Комната по японским меркам довольно просторная, сантехника была новая, в ванной все было в хорошем состоянии, нигде не было ни ржавчины, ни плесени. Номер не был старым или обшарпанным, мне понравился, чистый, уютный. Понравился завтрак: выбор не сильно большой, но как - то все было вкусно. Очень красивый вид на замок Осаки с ресторана, одно удовольствие. Свою цену отель полностью оправдывает.

Hotel is outdated and need a remodel. Breakfast is not as expected, pretty pricey for what is offered. Location is close to Osaka castle but far from main touristic areas. The shuttle to subway is a nice addition but when you don't have the shuttle the hotel is a bit far from transportation so definitely worth considering another location. Staff is great. Very limited dining options around.

Great location with an amazing view. I loved the breakfast buffet options and will recommend my friends and family to check this hotel out when they visit Osaka. I wish that I knew about the complementary hotel shuttle service beforehand so I didn't have to carry my bags all the way from the station!

Nice view of castle. Good size room.
Lots of noise from beer garden below room until 9pm. Also hear music coming from hallway.
Ok laundry area. Manga corner lacks seating and has sign warning against taking manga. Not sure how to use?
