The hotel offered good value for the price, but it was noisy at night, with guests frequently slamming doors. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell due to poor cleanliness. However, the location is convenient, close to public transportation and dining options.

It was unique and the graffiti style art throughout the place really made it its own little place I was happy I was able to experience while in Osaka. Great staff and fantastic location.

OK for the price, convenient area, nice staff, deadly hot in the summer but the hallways have AC running 24/7 (though this doesn't help at night)
