Location was perfect for me. Close to everything, but not within "horde central". Property is clean, but the air filters were filthy (full of dust) within the elevator and within my room. Small but comfortable room, as expected. If you need your trash collected you have to call a number. Good luck if you only have a DATA SIM. It would have been an easier Check In experience if I at least had received an email with the Lobby access code on the arrival date. I had to wait, under rain, for someone to speak remotely and open the door. After that, everything went smoothly. I would stay here again.

Not too far from Namba station. Exit Gate 7 or 5. Close to luggage transport company behind few block of the hotel building. YAMATO service.

There was no one available at the property. They probably save money on not having someone there. I had to speak to someone via a security camera.

I chose this hotel as it is close to the Nankai and JR stations. However, I am surprised how complicated with the check-in process, as it is a man-less hotel. For the amenities, I was surprised that there were no cups in my room nor coin laundry in both North and Central Hotels. The bath tub was with dirts that I dared not use it. After my “neighbour” check-out yesterday, he put all his trash and used towels outside his room and the narrow lift lobby after 10am which was only cleaned by 3pm. I was completely shocked how it was handled. What make it worst is that the staff doesn’t speak English. With that amount of room rate, I rather pay slightly extra to get a bigger room in a proper hotel next time.

Had some small issues at check-in, as I had not received the entry keycode. It took a few minutes to get in touch with the staff by phone, as no one is present at the location. This could have been difficult had I not had a local SIM with which I could call.

Good location! Well priced! However the check in was a bit complicated. When I arrive at the entrance the door was locked and there was no instructions on how to open the front door. There was a sign that said to call a number but I managed to press a button behind the sign to ring a doorbell. Had to fill up a google form to check in. A very friendly staff was able to communicate with me via the speaker to guide me through the check in. Amenities was sufficient! Room was fairly clean and just right for 1 person. Would not mind staying again.
