Very busy airport also people in rooms let there children run around in there rooms causing a noise

Needed a hotel to stay at to catch an early morning flight. Was at the airport and had plenty of affordable restaurants around it and a Lawson. Walked directly from. My room to the terminal the next morning.

Very convenient for late arrivals as the hotel is within airport. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Only 3 mins walking distance from Kansai airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel room was excellent and the staff gave us a free upgrade. Staff were extremely courteous and typical of Japanese service standard.
What was a shame was that when we decided to go for a second night at the hotel, we were given a lower grade room and hence a lesser level of amenities and also the fittings and furnishings
