We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The stafff were very helpful

I was expecting a clean hotel per Japanese standards but In our room 502, the wall had stains. This could easily be wiped but I was surprised to see so many stains. The toilet base needs some cleaning. The carpet on the 5th floor near the elevator had a big stain. The staff though is friendly and nice.
