It is a modern and quiet place to stay. It has great breakfast as well.

Excellent cleaning staff and front office staff made the stay very pleasant.

A bit quiet of an area in Osaka, not much happening on a Saturday night. However the hotel was really great, had a nice vibe to it and a good bar. Good sized room as well.

We liked the lounge area at reception as we found it odd, staying in a twin room only one chair was provided for two people?
The reading lights over the bed were too dim, once again the lounge area provided a desk and writing/ reading area. The cafe staff makes good quality espresso coffee.
The railway stations are close, meaning most tourist districts are very easy to get to. The supermarket next door is very convenient and provides a great range of fresh produce.
The laundry was very clean and easy to use, but there were cues for a small number of machines .
The property was in a quiet/ residential part of Osaka.
