Staff at the front lobby especially Mr. Fu was very helpful and gave lots of tips to make our vacation more enjoyable. The luggage transfer service from our hotel in Kyoto to Elsereine in Osaka was awesome. One thing that the hotel needs is a self service laundry room.

Some of the staff was very rude and did not help with necessary things. The area is good but not good facilities considering how big hotel chain this is. There wasn’t event a smart TV which is literally available in any small hotel.
All in all the hotel was a disappointment

Spacious, clean rooms with AC. 5 minute walk to Osaka Station. Would definitely stay here again.
