The staffs are not friendly and the beds are too small for two. Drinking water were not provided. The aircon is not cold. Not recommended

Property in convenient location, noisy area however- room was very spacious however quite bare. Staff insist on you doing your own cleaning and do not provide room service.

We enjoyed our stay. The room has everything that we needed. Location was walking distance to Tsuruhashi Station. One of the receptionists could be more friendly. The room could be cleaned better, there was thick dust.
