This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2019 prior to the Covid-19. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient (near Shinsaibashi Station, about 6min walk) and from the station to the hotel, there is the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade (yes, if you walk and shop and the same time, it will definitely take you more than 6min to reach the hotel :) ). You can take Exit 4A or Kita Exit 8 (which has escalator/lift), hence it was very helpful for my parents who did not have to climb the stairs to reach street level.
The hotel is highly recommended!

Second time staying at this hotel. The first time was 5 years ago. The rooms were still as clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, pleasant stay
Posted 27 Aug 2021 on HotelsThis is a great location; close to transportation and plenty of shopping. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was nice enough; the bed a bit firm, but comfortable. The only chair in the room was a massage chair, which was both a plus and a minus; it was nice to have a massage, but it would also have been nice to have a regular chair to sit in while trying to do some work. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. Overall, a positive experience; would likely stay again.
