We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom.

My only complaint was the noise. We were street side and the vehicles, especially motorcycles were extremely loud.

The best spot to be near the tourist area and shops. Very clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was good.

Overall would have been excellent but the lack of anywhere to store baggage made the room awkward to stay in. That’s the only negative though.

Cross Hotel Osaka was one of the highlights of our trip in Japan. Easy access to transportation, right next to Dotonburi, and very nice rooms. Best buffet breakfast we had in Japan as well. Highly recommend staying here.
