This hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does fantastic job in tidying up the room each day. Staff are very friendly.

Very excellent hotel with nice restaurants in the hotel. With a mall next to it and transportation. It is worth the value.

Everything was okay except central heating. My room was very cold which was very uncomfortable.

Stayed with my husband, 8 years old and 6 month baby. One of the best stays in Japan. The attention to detail made the stay easy with a baby. Everything you might need to care for baby, crib, bed rails, diaper genie, thermometer and more. Breakfast was amazing although there could room for improvement as ai am only comparing to other hotel around Japan.
