"2日目の朝から電気のブレーカーが落ちエアコン、冷蔵庫、シャワー、照明がほとんどつかない。一時的に復旧してもまたすぐ落ちる。トレイも流せない。 汗だくで持参し楽しみにしていた朝食も食べられない。 お金を一部返金してもらいたいが問い合わせても無視。酷すぎます。"

Hotel Abitare Namba West
3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (425)
"My family of 5 stayed in two rooms, they were clean, easily accessible and walking distance to everything. Railway literally 3min walk away, 7 Eleven for quick snacks or meals and essentials a 3 min walk away. Would recommend this to any families travelling as there is also a small kitchen with microwave and bar size fridge/freezer for keeping snacks and drinks for the kids. Highly recommended!"

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (69)
"We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room...
